UHPLC-DAD-ESI/APCI/ASAP-HRMS/MS
Waters Acquity I-Class UHPLC (ultra high pressure liquid chromatography) chromatograph with photodiode array detector (DAD), coupled to a Waters SYNAPT XS HDMS high resolution quadrupole/Time of Flight (qToF) mass spectrometer equipped with an ionic mobility system (IMS) and several ionization sources: atmospheric pressure (ESI and APCI) and solids (ASAP).

UHPLC-DAD-FLD
Shimadzu Nexera UHPLC (ultra high pressure liquid chromatography) with photodiode array detector (DAD) and fluorescence detector(FLD).

HPLC-RID-LSD
Shimadzu Prominence UFLC (ultra fast liquid chromatography) with refraction index detector (RID) and evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD).

GC-MS
Agilent 7890 gas chromatograph, with SSL and PTV injectors, including a thermal desorption system, coupled to an Agilent 7000C triple quadrupole mass spectrometer Gerstel MPS automatized sample injection system (SPME, liquids, Headspace, Twister).

SemiPrep-HPLC:
Gilson semipreparative HPLC chromatograph with photodiode array detector (DAD) and Gilson GX271 automatized fraction injection/collection auto sampler.

SPE
Gilson GX271 automatized solid phase extraction system.

- Metabolomic, qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex mixtures by means of chromatographic separation (LC and GC). Detectors: DAD and mass spectrometer (MS, MS2, MS3 , HR, IMS).

- Metabolite identification by High Resolution Mass spectrometry (HRMS).

- Offered provisions:

• • Polyphenol (anthocyanins, phenolic acids, flavonols, flavanols, stilbenes, lignans) LC analysis.
