- Aplicación de bioestimulantes en el viñedo como herramienta para proteger el viñedo frente a las principales enfermedades, ayudando a mitigar los efectos del cambio climático y contribuyendo a mejorar la calidad de la uva y del vino.
- Evaluación del nitrógeno en el sistema suelo-vid-uva y vino para racionalizar su uso y reducir la emisión de gases de efecto invernadero en los ecosistemas vitícolas.
- Alternativas para disminuir o eliminar el uso de SO2 en la vinificación.
- Envejecimiento de vinos en barricas de roble.
